The Sad Loss of Australia’s Adam Williams
Re-published from skiracingnsw.com.au It is with sad regret that Ski Racing has lost one of it brightest young stars Adam Williams. Adam was tragically killed as a passenger in a car accident On Friday afternoon March 16, 2007. Adam is survived by Mum Carol, Dad Darryl and sister Tara.

Marketing, Media & Promotions Director for the Worlds, Brad Dutton said; “it is real cheap advertising for a very good magazine style programme. It’s a must for all ski racing, marine boat & equipment suppliers”.

Belgian Worlds Team Update
1) Due to unforeseen circumstances one of the Belgian skiers is unable to go to the Worlds. This means that there is a Belgian F2 boat available that will be in NZ for either a Junior or Women’s F2 skier. For further info please contact Frederik Bastin at fre.team69@gmail.com
2007 World Racing Council Technical Meeting
The 2007 World Racing Council Technical Meeting will be held in Rotorua, New Zealand on the 17th May 2007.
IWSF Competitors’ Representative for Racing
There will be a vote for the position of Competitors’ Representative during the NZ Worlds in May. Kim Lumley currently holds this position and whilst Kim can be re-nominated, other candidates can also be nominated.
Guernsey race – 26/27 May
Derek Blackmore wrote; “As you know there is a race scheduled for Guernsey with ORDA on weekend of 26/27 May. The organisers have advised that one of the sponsors has pulled out so the cost for shipping a boat across with 4 people will be £350.00.
