Chairman of the British Olympic Committee, Lord Colin Moynihan, plans to attend the opening ceremony of the 2008 European Water Ski Racing Championships at Ramsgate, Great Britain this year where over 60 international skiers are expected to compete. World Champ Walmsley Sets Record

Ski Racing NSW reports that World Champion Jason Walmsley became the fastest skier to have ever traveled up the Hawkesbury River on the weekend at the 2008 SRNSW Bridge 1 Up Ski Race in a breath-taking record time of 36.11.15. Mark Cranny and Damien Matthews did the honours with Hellbent.
