British Water Ski Vacancy – Operations Manager

British Water Ski has a vacancy for an experienced Operations Manager to play a key role within the organisation to assist in achieving BWS short and long term goals.

Applications are invited from suitably experienced candidates with a proven track record in a similarly sized organisation, not necessarily in sport. Applicants must have a minimum of three year’s proven experience of working in a similar role and a strong track record in an organisational role. Experience of facilities management, strong administrative and organisational skills together with proven staff management experience are also essential.

It is an exciting time to join the organisation as we redefine our staffing structure to assist us in facing the challenges ahead.

Salary: circa £30K dependent on skills and experience
9-5, Monday to Friday (35 hour week)
4 weeks holiday per year + 1 day for each 2 years of service up to a maximum of 28 days.
