Justin Frank writes … (7 Dec 2007) First of all we would really like to thank all the sponsors, participants, and supporters that have already signed up for the tournament. Your quick responses to getting your entries in are greatly appreciated. This is a true testament to how tightly knit of a group we can be, and we just wanted to let you know how thankful we are for each and every one of you.
As you know the event is approaching quickly and today marks exactly six weeks until the tournament. The registration list is filling up fast and if you are planning on playing, sponsoring, or donating items for the raffle or gift bags it would be in your best interest (and helpful to us) to get these things taken care of before the end of the year. The last day to register for the tournament is January 4, 2008. I know things are crazy right now with the holiday’s right in front of us, but after New Year’s Day there will be very little time to register.
If you do not golf you can still be a part of this day! The clubhouse has great amenities and the bar/lounge overlooks the majority of the golf course, so can still be a part of the action throughout the day. The Trophy ceremony, raffle, and dinner will be open to anyone who wants to attend. All we ask is that you send in a registration form or contact one of us so we can finalize a head count.

Karl Brooks, what an amazing guy. For those of you who didn’t have the privilege of knowing Karl let me tell you, he was one of a kind! His heart was always in the right place when it came to others, a true hero, a true champion, a true friend!
Todd and I staring collaborating a few weeks ago about doing something that would keep the memories of Karl fresh in our heads and raise money for the charity in his name at the same time. We will be holding a golf tournament in Karl Brooks’ name in which all proceeds will be donated to the Karl Brooks Junior Water Ski Fund.
