The election of the Athlete’s Representative for racing has been surrounded by some confusion, hence a delay in completing the election. Now that IWSF bylaws and procedures have been clarified, the Chairman of the World Racing Council Glen Coles has announced the following:
We will proceed with the election with the two nominees proposed in New Zealand in May. These are:
1) Kim Lumley
2) Ann Procter
– One vote per person, is permitted
– Only those that attended the Racing worlds in New Zealand can vote
– Voting closes 19 July 2007
– Votes only valid if sent to IWSF Racing Council Secretary General, Meryl Lee
