It was Chris Stout who won the 1st round of the Aussie F1 World selection races on Saturday at Gosford towed by Burnin with Noel Griffin & Michael Kelly. 1991 World Champion Paul Robertson was 2nd and 1997 World Champion Wayne Mawer was 3rd.
On the Sunday, Peter Procter and his American team of Mike Avila and Kurt Schoen won round 2, with Stout 2nd and Ben Gulley 3rd.
Cara Jochinke won both rounds in Women’s F1 with Lee Hicks 2nd and Bethany Pledger 3rd in round 1 and Lauryn Eagle 2nd and Bethany 3rd in round 2.
