The Ravenol German Grand Prix has been cancelled. The event was due to take place on Geierswalder Lake, Lausitz Ring Berlin. Andre Schurle Team Germany writes
It is with regret that the German Grand Prix planed for 2011 has had to be cancelled. Unfortunately the local organiser for the German Grand Prix died suddenly in an accident at the end of 2010. The race had been all approved, but because of circumdtances now the location cannot be used for the race.
The main sponsor is now planning to run the race at Oar Regatta Berlin for the 2012 ski race season.
