Hunstanton Ski Club has a heap of history behind it and a bright future ahead with its up and coming talent. Committee member Ashley Redhead has today launched the new-look web site for Hunstanton Ski Club at www.hunstantonskiclub.co.uk
Racers all over the world will recall the 2005 World Water Ski Racing Championships which the club hosted and of course it’s also home to the 2005 Women’s World Champion, Kim Lumley, not forgeting partner and observer Robert Manchett.
The likes of Tom Lumley, the Coe Family, Kim Gooding and others even took part in the first ever World Water Ski Racing Championships in the UK back in 1979.
Other well known family ski racing names that have come out of Hunstanton in the past include Coe, Lumley, Eastwood, Manchett, Cole, Wright, Hutchinson, Gooding and many more.
