Reg Williams’ funeral arrangement are as follows:
19th August 2009 at Barham Crematorium at 4.00pm.
Barham is just by the Folkstone exit on the A2 between Canterbury & Dover.

I was so saddened today when John Williams wrote to tell me that his father Reg had passed away at 2am on 6th August 2009.
After living a good long life of 92 years, I and so many others will fondly remember this successful and wonderful man who was so ingrained for many decades in the sport of water ski racing and who had so many friends.
In the 80’s as a teenager I spent many weekends with Reg and Joyce at their home in Whitstable where the first World Water Ski Racing Championships were held in 1979. Their son John was my observer whilst the infamous Reg King was my driver – they were my first F1 team. Reg Williams was one of those people who made me smile and feel good, every time I saw him.
My thoughts go to John and Roz, and to the other members of the family. And they go to the very special Joyce. Aunty Joyce, I am so so sorry to hear of Reg’s passing; and my thoughts are with you at this difficult time. What a wondeful husband you have had.
