Ski racing’s Dave Ellis is raising money for Latch, the childrens Welsh cancer charity that does such tremendous work for, not only the young unfortunate sufferers, but their families during their most distressing times.
Dave and two friends are keen golfers and will complete 100 holes of golf on Sunday June 20th at the Glamorganshire Golf Club in Penarth. They will start at 4.30 in the morning and aim to finish before it gets dark!
They estimate that they shall be walking at least 35 miles during the day and striking approvimately 500 shots each during the event.
