Earlier this month, Riccardo Cassin; the father of the great Italian ski racer Tono Cassin, passed away at the age of 100.
Riccardo was a mountaineering pioneer who was credited with the 100 first ascents from the Himalayas to Alaska. The Cassin family will surely miss his, but they can certainly be proud of what their Riccardo did in his 100 years.
