A serious accident occured in Belgium on the weekend when Richard Pakuszewski fell and is now is a poor condition. Whilst I have received a number of details, I shall only report below what Jules Leyson has sent me.
Jules wrote; “During the race, Richard had a fall and hit his head with his ski. He had a bad wound at his head. He was taken to the hospital, where he his in intensive care.”
This is an terrible thing to happen and I really hope that Richard pulls through this most unfortunate incident.
